As a total newbie to home renovation, I was pretty nervous about tackling my first kitchen project. Honestly, I know next to nothing about building or decorating! But from day one, Grand Innovation was just amazing – so incredibly helpful and understanding. Conor was a lifesaver! He literally walked me through every single step, making sure I was happy and comfortable with everything happening. And the communication was top-notch he checked in with me at least every two days keeping me totally in the loop about how the project was progressing. The quality of the work is just mind-blowing. It's made to such a high standard and I'm genuinely so so happy with my new kitchen! There was a tiny hiccup with deliveries that pushed the project back a couple of days, but I was kept informed the whole time, which made all the difference. Without a doubt, I'll be calling Grand Innovation again for any future work. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to get some renovation done – they're simply fantastic!

We recently had a complete remodel done by Grand Innovations, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The project took about two months and went perfectly, with no delays or issues. Conor, in particular, was exceptional—he took the time to explain every step of the process and kept me in the loop on all developments. His communication and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Grand Innovations for anyone considering a remodel or construction project!

It was a worrying time once we had our planning approval! Trying to choose a builder was quite stressful to begin with until we met Conor through someone at work. A number of years ago I had a new kitchen fitted by someone who did a terrible job. Not the case with Conor and his team who overall, we cannot fault. A few things that stand out are politeness, quality of workmanship and the guiding of my wife and I through the whole process from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend.
